- Help with hiring new employees, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee benefits like medical records, insurance claims, and leave entitlements.
- Organize and schedule training courses, keeping good records of all training sessions.
- Process monthly petty cash and travel expense claims for employees.
- Handle overseas travel insurance claims and renew the Business Travel Insurance annually.
- Book flights and hotels for employees and assist with travel visa applications.
- Calculate workers' payroll, including overtime and verifying claims.
- Assist the Admin team with daily administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant full spectrum experience
- Knowledge of Info-Tech system
- Immediate starter is preferred
