Business/Family Chauffeur
PREREQUISITE: 5 Years + Chauffeuring Experience and 10 Years + Driving Experience required.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Business/Family Chauffeur to transport our CEO, their family, senior management, and guests to various destinations. This role demands exceptional driving skills, route optimization, vehicle maintenance, and a commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently transport the CEO, their family, senior management, and guests to various destinations, including business meetings, personal appointments, social events, and cross-border trips to Malaysia.
- Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures, considering traffic conditions and potential roadblocks.
- Maintain the company vehicle in pristine condition through regular cleaning, fueling, and scheduled maintenance.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of all passengers and other road users.
- Employ defensive driving techniques to minimize risks and ensure the highest level of safety.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, and other items as needed.
- Provide top-notch customer service, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the CEO's personal and professional matters.
- Manage time effectively to accommodate the CEO's schedule and any changes or last-minute requests.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the CEO, their family, senior management, and guests, ensuring all instructions regarding pick-up and drop-off locations are understood.
- Assist with occasional warehouse duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of full-time experience as a professional chauffeur, specifically with family or executive chauffeuring experience.
- At least 10 years of driving experience with a valid Class 3 driving license and a spotless driving record.
- In-depth knowledge of route planning and familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic patterns.
- Basic vehicle maintenance skills, including routine checks and minor repairs.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes in schedule and handle last-minute requests.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
- Willingness to work long hours, including public holidays, as needed.
- Must be able to report to and finish work in the Upper Serangoon area.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required.
- No history of any traffic offences.
Work Hours:
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (with overtime as and whenever required)
