Key Responsibilities:
- Able to handle full set of accounts including AR, AP & GL
- Provision of accurate and timely periodic and monthly financial reports and statements
- To reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
- Prepare required schedules/report for yearly audit and tax purpose
- Assist to manage the day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the Company and its subsidiaries
- Assist to manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation.
- Preparing of GST reports for quarterly submission
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
- To assure adherence to the Company’s policies, procedures and practices.
- Ensure compliance with related statutory requirement.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, lawyers and any other authorities as and when required
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma / Professional qualification in accounting
- Minimum 2 years working experience in similar fields.
- Candidate must be a hands-on person and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Self-motivated good interpersonal and possess initiative.
- Independent and able to work in team as well
