· Maintains project administration in a current and timely manner
· Monitoring construction processes and providing training and team building sessions are required.
· Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
· Orders materials and equipment and takes care of the permits, performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
· Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures
· Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope
· Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with and enforcing, codes
· Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.
· Writing up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders.
· Working closely with architects and other professionals.
· Staying up to date with safety codes and advancements in construction.
· Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures
· Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required.
Requirement
· Min 7 years construction experiences
· Experience in a leadership role
· Ability to read construction blueprints and store elevation drawings
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Good time management and problem solving skills
