Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Initiation:Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Project Execution:Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Team Management:Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.
- Budget and Resource Management:Manage project budget and resource allocation.
Track project costs and ensure projects are completed within approved budgets.
- Risk Management:Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Stakeholder Communication:Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or any related field
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in the industry relevant to the project.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, JIRA, or other project management tools.
