- Overall Function: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Temporary Finance Executive to join our Finance team on a 5-month contract. The successful candidate will support various finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management, as well as support project implementation for ERP upgrading. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in finance looking to contribute to a dynamic team on a temporary basis.
Major Responsibilities:
- Finance Functions: Support AP/AR & GL transactional processes and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Data Entry and Record Maintenance: Accurately input financial data into the accounting system, maintain comprehensive records, and support reconciliation needs.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects and assignments as needed to support the finance team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Min Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
