Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining hardware, software, and networks by conducting regular maintenance and updates, including regular backups and upgrades
- Work closely with project team on monthly security related audit and assist Project Manager of necessary reporting.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimise downtime and improve system reliability.
- Identifying and resolving network, connectivity, and server issues.
- Upgrading firmware, software, and outdated hardware systems.
- Creating user documents and providing training on new computer systems. Preparing technical documents, such as error and maintenance reports.
- Working with the Application development team for the system integration, configuration and help to diagnose issues.
- Providing technical support to users and resolving technical errors.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science, information systems, software engineering, computer engineering, or electrical engineering.
- Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting UNIX-based systems.
- Knowledge of network protocols and services.
- Experience with scripting languages and automation tools.
- Proficiency in Linux, Windows, and Mac OS.
- Knowledge of coding and scripting.
- Cloud experience, especially in AWS (Amazon Web Service).
