Job Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and excellent customer service to direct customers and user departments, including responding to customers’ phone enquiries.
- Actively engage in sales with a strong product knowledge, recommend the best sales packages and products to customers, and assist Executives and Operations Manager in sales promotions and events.
- Provide sales quotations in accordance with established procedures and pricing guidelines.
- Help customers place orders and follow up on backorder statuses.
- Coordinate with Inventory Administrators, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Perform storekeeping duties. including receiving, stock-keeping, and issuing items. Conduct local sourcing when necessary.
- Assist the Parts Supervisor with inventory cycle-counting.
- Notify the Parts Supervisor about fast-moving items and low stock levels.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and security in the store and showroom displays.
- Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably with minimum GCE 'O' Level and 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Equipped with storekeeping experience and is keen to progress to Parts sales.
- Positive working attitude with excellent customer service.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Every Saturday: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
