Administrative Support is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to management teams or product areas. Specializes in providing administrative and secretarial support for a department or group of individuals.
Responsibilities may include meeting coordination, supplies and equipment ordering, assistant coordination, payroll for staff eligible for overtime, and overtime reports.
- Asset requisition, assets management and assets inventory reporting
- Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders and Goods Received – experience in SAP is a plus
- On-boarding and off-boarding of staff
- Staff's building access cards application, modification and tracking
- Support staff seating planning, management & implementation
- Support management forums, workshops and team events
- Support special initiatives that may arise
- Assist in adhoc projects and admin as assigned by supervisor with a variety of internal & external stakeholders to achieve the objectives
