- Sourcing Candidates: Actively search for potential candidates
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the company
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and to refine job descriptions
- Managing the Hiring Process: Oversee the recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending job offers and onboarding new hires
- Promoting Employer Brand: Help promote the company’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events to attract top talent
