Job Responsibilities
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels
- Defines project scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners
- Possesses high level understanding in the areas of web application programming, content management systems, API, database and system design
- Provide process improvement recommendations based on best practices and industry standards
- Work with technical delivery team to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Manage change requests, integration with other external applications and databases
- Develop and code custom web-based applications using .NET Framework and SQL server on the backend
- Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management
- Continually maintains knowledge of best practices in Web Development
- Works from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and maintains documentation of process flow.
- Resolves conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making competencies.
Job Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Information Systems. Information/Infocomm Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in IT project management or related positions. Would be advantageous if you managed two full project development life cycles.
- Certified in Project Management such as CITPM/PMP with practical experience of Project management methodology is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft ASP.net web form, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, Crystal Report, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Entity Framework, WCF, Bootstrap and JQuery.
- A knowledge in Content Management System (CMS) will be an advantage.
- Good understanding and hands-on experience in OOP techniques and methodologies using C#, coding of a separated, multi-layers (data layer, business layer, and user interface layer, etc.) architecture.
