Job Purpose
End users’ support for Life Claim Department to ensure that the migration project system enhancements and systems’ defect are promptly attended by IT and needful system testing are perform.
Responsibilities
- Execute test cases and document the results using tools like Excel and HPQC and ensure that all testing meet company standards and deliver on time
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and business users to verify and execute test cases
- Identify, analyze, and report defects using defect tracking tools HPQC and manage the entire defect resolution process
- Conduct verification of data and user interface, identify discrepancies and ensure data consistency for the purpose of data reconciliation
- Carry out data cleaning activities prior to and following migration
- Participate in Post Migration support on any system production issues
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Team Lead
Requirements
- Previous experience in performing UAT preferred.
- End-user support or insurance experience will be good
- Possesses good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possesses good interpersonal skills and is customer focused
- Good knowledge of PC tools (i.e. MS Office)
