Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Property Officer be part of their Facilities Team for ongoing transformation projects.
Duties of Property Officer:
- Provide outstanding customer service to meet on-site client expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients at all levels.
- Monitor procedures to meet KPIs and SLAs.
- Oversee vendor procurement following client guidelines and best practices.
- Ensure on-site contractors perform to required standards through regular inspections.
- Implement and manage safety protocols for a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with fire, health, and safety regulations.
- Assist in managing property safety risks and reviewing vendor risk assessments.
- Follow established escalation and incident reporting procedures.
- Maintain premises in excellent condition and ensure satisfactory contractor/service provider work completion.
Requirements:
- DIploma / Degree in related field
- Relevant experience with Facilities Management / Commercial Building settings
