- Answering of calls, answering enquiries
- Providing answers to customers' feedback/complaints
- Redirecting calls when required
Requirements:
- GCE 'N/O/A' level or Diploma in any field
- Comfortable with engaging customers on the line
- Prior experience with a call centre role is preferred
