Major Responsibilities
- As a member of the PMO in the System Development Division, you will be responsible for handling all back office tasks related to system development and maintenance. This includes duties for SG, HO, other divisions in Japan, and offices in other countries.
- You will manage and made the contracts, claims , and payments with customers and vendors, following prescribed procedures and formats. Based on requests from developers and contractual deadlines, you will prepare applications, circulate them for contracting, generate completion reports for customers, and request the Business Administration Division to issue invoices.
- You will oversee and analyze our sales and cost data, reporting these metrics to management. You will gather project information and record sales and cost data in Excel files.
- You are expected to develop procedures and workflows for these various back office tasks by consulting with relevant team members and investigating company policies. Additionally, you will share these procedures with development team members and other stakeholders.
- Any other adhoc tasks shall be assigned.
Requirement
- Knowledge and experience in managing IT development and maintenance contract
- Knowledge and experience in processes of IT project for communicating with our and customers’ IT Person in Charge
- Knowledge and experience in utilizing of MS-Office(Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and other workflow system(eg. Service Now).
- Coordination skills to handle various parties, such as both local and international clients, vendors and counterparts
- since we have a contract and reporting to HO and Development Divisions in Japan and a necessity to talk with its Person in Charge.
Skills
- Atleast 3 year working experience as Business Administration in IT sector.
- Experience in Banking IT sector is preferable.
