Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Manage client relationships, focusing on loans including Commercial Property, Equipment and Machinery, Vehicle, and Land & Construction, as well as Hire Purchase agreements.
- Assess client financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products and solutions.
- Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with risk policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as credit analysts, legal advisors, and product specialists to structure complex loan transactions.
- Monitor loan portfolio performance, conduct regular reviews, and manage credit risk effectively.
- Provide timely and accurate financial advice and support to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting loan products.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Handle any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in relationship management within the financial services industry, with a focus on loans.
- Proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong network in Singapores financial market.
- In-depth knowledge of loan products such as Commercial Property, Equipment and Machinery, Vehicle, Land & Construction, and Hire Purchase is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
