Job responsibilities:
a. Assist Singapore CEO in business management (including subsidiary preparation, report materials to Singapore Board of Directors and Huatai International).
b. Assist Singapore CEO in managing regular work plans, KPI setting, and performance assessment of local business departments and middle and back office departments.
c. Assist in drafting corporate mechanisms and policies related to business management.
d. Coordinate, promote, and supervise overall and cross-department projects and key governance work of the Singapore subsidiary, including communication and coordination with external collaborative organizations and third parties in Singapore, collaboration plans between business departments, and support for specific business in the middle and back office work etc.
e. Review reports and approval materials submitted by various departments of the Singapore subsidiary to the CEO.
Requirements:
a. Have educational backgrounds in both mainland China and overseas, familiar with both cultures, proficient in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
b. Have more than 10 years of experience in financial institutions, preferably with experience assisting in operational management and working with senior management.
c. Familiar with the business model and operating status of each sector of Huatai Financial Holdings, key products and strategic planning;
d. Familiar with internal cross-departmental collaboration and reporting material formats and requirements within Huatai Financial Holdings.
e. Have experience in large-scale project management coordination at the company level, as well as communication and cooperation with mainland headquarters.
f. Have a strong sense of internal control and operational management, with meticulous work attitude.
