Job Title: Audit Manager (General Audit)
Our Client: Top 10 global audit, accounting, and consulting firm, HQ in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a range of international and local clients, ensuring high-quality audit services through effective planning, execution, and team guidance
- Perform professional scepticism and judgment to address key technical issues, and keep stakeholders informed about project progress
- Stay updated with professional standards through training, and mentor team members by leading training sessions with support from internal resources
- Oversee staff performance through regular evaluations and feedback and collaborate with the business development team on client pitches
- Manage engagement financials with the audit business support team, including budgets and billing, while ensuring effective communication within a diverse, cross-functional team
Requirements:
- Possess a professional accounting qualification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Possess excellent technical skills with proficiency in SFRS/IFRS and SSA/ISA
- Demonstrate good communication skills to work effectively across all organizational levels
- Exhibit good ethical values, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep up with technological advancements
