POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Senior Manager is responsible for;
- Managing business opportunities, assigning and managing account responsibilities, establishing and maintaining communications between sales and marketing and business functions.
- Planning and directing sales activities for the Singapore's channel sales market to achieve revenue and yield profit goals.
- Driving focus on company income from sales.
- Managing the Sales Departments resources and personnel to obtain maximum benefit.
- Driving regular sales cadence across the accounts in collaboration with the product marketing team and other business functions.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with partners and suppliers/vendors.
- Bringing together and deploying the individuals processes and resources to meet customer needs.
- Formulating and recommending plans policies goals and objectives for the organizations sales activities to expand market share in existing markets and capture new markets.
- Developing and executing both short- and long-range sales plans and programs in conjunction with Senior Management to ensure profitability and growth of the company's products.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Experience:
- At least 15 years of sales experience with established local relationship in Singapore's IT distribution/System Integrator/ISV capacity.
- At least 8 years of experience in management
- Possess at least a tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or any other related discipline from a recognized institution.
