Responsibilities:
For Administrative Work in Logistics and Warehouse (30%)
- Manage and perform the administrative functions of the department.
- Ensure all inventory transactions, both outgoing and internal, are accurately updated in the Netsuite System.
- Maintain proper documentation of departmental activities to meet audit requirements.
- Perform other duties and ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
For Receiving and Issuing Parts & Accessories to Warehouse, Surveyors & SI/Service Engineers (70%)
- Ensure all items picked and issued to the warehouse for packing, SI Engineers for system integration, or Service Engineers are correct and free of discrepancies.
- Verify the condition of stock items received from Service Engineers through MR return, inspecting for physical damage before allocating them to their respective locations.
- Maintain proper identification of items in locations/bins with accurate marking labels.
- Assist in optimizing space utilization and maintaining workplace safety.
- Perform administrative tasks related to order processing, including issuing MR, returning MR, location transfers, bin transfers, and processing delivery orders (consumable & billable).
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or Business or related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar industry.
- Proficient in using MS Office Applications.
- Good in presentation and negotiation skills.
