Job Description
· Preparation, facilitating, coordination and/ or conducting of various company training programs (ie. Orientation, OJT, in-house training program, vendor training, etc)
· Develop and / or improve training materials to facilitate training while ensuring consistency, service quality
· Liaise with various stakeholders and external parties for any training requirements
· Analyse service metrics and reports to identify service gaps and call for improvement
· Plan the annual training program by identify training needs by leading and performing Training Needs Analysis
· Perform training administration duties and maintain training records for audits
· Maintain library of training resources and aids
· Support performance management and appraisal
· Contribute to the team culture in a positive manner
· Build relationship with the Line at all levels and provide consistent and prompt HR services
· Assist in managing Corporate communications, internal communications, CSR activities and implementing appropriate social media strategies for employer branding purpose.
· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
· Possess Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in HR function (L&D or HR Generalist preferred).
· Fast learner, meticulous, detail oriented, able to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
· Proactive, able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
· Good knowledge on employment legislations.
· Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications.
· Good interpersonal skills, accountable, initiative and willingness to learn.
· Good team player with positive working attitude.
· Wiling to travel within Singapore when required.
