Job Descriptions
· Attending and participating in meetings and training sessions.
· Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized spa facility.
· Setting up spa and work stations, and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout the shift.
· Provide consistent professional massage (body and/or foot) in accordance with industry standards.
· Ensure high level of service standards
· Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neaness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa.
· Responsible in preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc.
· Handle customer queries and conerns effcieintly and politely
· Follow and comply with the intrucstions given by Spa Manager
Requirements
· Preperably with ITEC/WSQ certification or massage certification
· Able to commit on Weekends/public holidays
· Mininum one year relevant experience
· Pleasant personality and hardworking
