- Offer general administrative assistance to the HR department.
- Draft and prepare HR-related correspondence.
- Address and manage employee-related concerns.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection processes for new staff.
- Handle HR personnel files, track attendance, and manage leave records.
- Maintain and update employees’ personal data files.
- Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of factory facilities and office equipment.
- Register for courses, process pass applications, and update records as needed.
- Apply for work permits and manage matters related to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
