Admin cum HR Executive

Aliwal Park Hotel Pte Ltd

The primary job descriptions are as follows, but are not limited to:

  • Offer general administrative assistance to the HR department.
  • Draft and prepare HR-related correspondence.
  • Address and manage employee-related concerns.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection processes for new staff.
  • Handle HR personnel files, track attendance, and manage leave records.
  • Maintain and update employees’ personal data files.
  • Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of factory facilities and office equipment.
  • Register for courses, process pass applications, and update records as needed.
  • Apply for work permits and manage matters related to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
