Job Title: Audit Manager (Technical & Training Team)
Our Client: Top 10 global audit, accounting, and consulting firm, HQ in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Research and Consultations:
- Write technical publications
- Review, revise, and develop technical working paper templates and training materials
- Coordinate, facilitate, and conduct technical training sessions
- Training Development:
- Review and develop training programs, ensuring their effectiveness
- Coordinate, facilitate, and conduct training sessions
- Monitor Continuing Professional Education (CPE) hours for audit professionals
- Participate in various other projects as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or other relevant qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of audit experience
- Have passion for specialising in technical and training roles
- Ability to work independently with good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills
