We have an opening for the following position:
Legal Secretary
Responsibilities (not limited to):
Providing conveyancing administrative support
Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and ensuring smooth completion of conveyancing transactions
Answering calls and handling requests
Scheduling of meetings/appointments and preparing of meeting materials
Maintaining client contact list
Performing general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, binding, file management
Providing administrative support on a day-to-day basis, such as expense claims and time recording
Preparing of billings
Booking of flights and accomodations
Requirements:
Minimum 5 GCE 'O' level credits including English
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
2 years' working experience in legal sector
Takes initiatve and is a team player
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skill
Good time management
