Key Responsibilities:
- ERP System Management: Maintain and update ERP systems to ensure they meet the organization’s needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP software.
Customize ERP modules to align with business processes.
- Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure they are in line with company requirements and demand forecasts. Conduct regular stock audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies. Reconcile inventory records with physical stock counts.
- Data Entry and Management: Enter and update data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Process Improvement:Identify areas for process improvement and work with teams to implement changes.
Assist in the development and documentation of business processes and procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure the ERP system supports their needs and integrates smoothly with other systems.

Skills and Qualifications:

Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of work experience, preferably in manufacturing / retail environment
- Mature, organized, meticulous, task-oriented, and able to handle tasks independently.
- Must be a team player.
- Good communications skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with suppliers from Mandarin speaking countries.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
