M365 User Empowerment Specialist

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Assess current systems to identify opportunities for replacing them with M365 solutions.
  • Propose the solution and perform the system replacement (for simple or straightforward solutions).
  • Analyze users’ problem statements and use cases, recommending M365 solutions to address the problem statements or use cases.
  • Offer advisory services to Company’s employees, promoting the efficient use of M365 tools and applications. Run weekly M365 User Advisory Clinics.
  • Actively identify opportunities for streamlined processes and automation using M365 tools.
  • Conduct M365 design thinking workshops to enhance user proficiency in M365 tools.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries on the use of M365 products and educate users on best practices of M365.
  • Organize and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and user communities to encourage peer-to-peer learning.
  • Assist in the development of simple solutions within the M365 environment as needed, including documentations to support tools deployment and usage.
  • Create and maintain user-friendly documentation, guides, and knowledge base articles for user self-help and onboarding.
  • Manage the Community of Practice (CoP) related to M365 and maintain the M365 Knowledgebase for reference and information sharing. Update educational and training materials in the M365 Knowledgebase.
  • Develop proof-of-concept (POC) projects to validate identified use cases and their feasibility.
  • Assist in the setup of M365 Center of Excellence.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Atleast 5 years of experience on M365 suite of products with strong understanding of M365 capabilities and how they can be applied to various business scenarios.
  • Technical proficiency to access existing systems, problem statements and use cases. Able to design and implement simple M365 solutions and proof of concept.
  • Strong business analysis, ability to translate business needs to technical solutions with M365.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions within M365 ecosystem.
  • Relevant certifications in M365 and project management creditability
