Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist families and visitors with empathy and professionalism.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
Schedule appointments and coordinate funeral services.
Prepare and process necessary documentation, including death certificates and permits.
Maintain accurate records and manage databases.
Assist with the preparation of funeral service programs and memorial items.
Handle financial transactions and billing processes.
Support funeral directors and other staff with administrative tasks as needed.
