Job Description:
- Demonstrate care, empathy and professional front line customer service
- Facilitate registration for walk-in patients/NOK/visitors
- Updating of patient particulars in the system
- Attend to any referrals and liaise with the Bed Management Unit for admissions
- Complete discharge procedures including billing and invoicing
- Assist in basic financial counselling for patient's bills
- Attend to counter duties and patient enquiries
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min NITEC/Diploma in Health Services Management or Customer Service related fields
- Good communication skills with a service-oriented attitude
- Those with customer service experience will have advantage
- Comfortable working on a rostered rotating shift basis
