Job Position: Marketing Executive
As a Marketing Executive at Senses International, you will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand KPIs and commercial growth, as well as managing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engage audiences, and drive business growth. This role involves creating high-quality content, overseeing social media accounts, analysing performance metrics and conducting competitor analysis.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with their brand philosophy, marketing goals and innovative story-telling approach.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage social content across various platforms, planning and execution of content ideas
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates
- Support execution of marketing campaigns, tactical promotions, and on-ground events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing objectives.
- Regularly track and analyse key brand performance metrics, propose and follow up with actionable next steps
- Manage assigned projects and tasks, ensure timely and quality delivery
- Assist in the execution of marketing plan and brand-related ad-hoc tasks as needed
Required Skills
- Diploma or equivalent; A Degree, preferably in Marketing / Comms (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
- Experience in social media marketing is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills a must, team player with passion in learning and can-do attitude
- Project management & analytical skills required to succeed in the role
- A keen eye for aesthetics
- Able to adapt to a dynamic, fast paced working environment
