Job Descriptions:
- To be involved in the planning and designing of civil and structural engineering works.
- To prepare the design and technical specifications for tenders; as well as tender documents for bidding of civil and structural engineering projects.
- To supervise in the civil and structural works.
- To colloborate with team members in other disciplines in feasibility study and design, and ensure delivery of quality service for clients.
- To manage and lead a team of engineers.
- Project co-ordination and carry out analysis and design of civil/structural/geotechnical works.
- Familiars with design softwares eg. Civil 3D, Inrails, Inroads, Plaxis 2D/3D, Staad Pro, SAP, Robot etc.
- To prepare design report, make submission to local Authorities and attend project meetings.
- Management of construction contracts and conduct site inspection.
Job Requirements:
- Recognised degree in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Engineering.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical anaylsis, design and consultancy experience.
- Registered with the professional Engineers Board, Singapore preferred.
- Good exposure in design and co-ordination skills in Civil and Structural projects.
- Conversant with International, Eurocode or local codes and regualtions as well as submission procedures.
- Knowledge of REVIT, CAD (AutoCAD or Microstation), BIM and Civil Engineering design software is necessary.
- Experience in full project cycle and possess good project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills with abililty to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to take the QP responsibility for major infrastructural projects.
- Singaporean/SPR only.
