We are seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage the efficient operation of our IT infrastructure and services. As an Operations & Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for a range of key functions, including Routine Maintenance Management, Change Request Management, Service Request Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Obsolescence Management.
Responsibilites:
- Responsible for overall planning, executing, monitoring and controlling the maintenance project, particularly in the areas of Service Level Performance
- Produce monthly reports on the maintenance details
- Monitor and evaluate system health and performance regularly.
- Manage and prioritize service requests from end-users.
- Ensure that service requests are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with IT support teams to meet service level agreements.
- Oversee incident management processes to minimize service disruptions.
- Lead the investigation and resolution of IT incidents and outages.
- Implement problem management strategies to identify root causes and prevent recurring issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding data security and IT obsolescence.
- Engaging and Communicate with Stakeholders
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a System Maintenance Manager, leading a team of maintenance engineers providing maintenance services to stakeholders according to SLA
- Have experience with managing and planning the following:
- Routined Maintenance Management
- Change Request Management
- Service Request Management
- Inventory/Asset Management
- Service Continuity and Availability
- Incident Management, Problem Managemen
- Obsolescence Management
- Able to work in a dynamic environment
- A good team player
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Familiar with CII Systems
