- Position : Shipping Executive (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED-Training Provided)
- Location : Marine Parade - GOOD working environment
- Working hours : 5 Days/ Office hours
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + AWS + 2- 6 month performance bonus + Profit sharing + 14-18 Annual leave + Wedding leave + Wedding bonus + Dental benefits + Taxi claim if OT after 7 PM (hardly any OT required) + Long Service Award (cash)

Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’’ inquiries
- Coordinate and prepare inbound, outbound and transshipment sea freight shipments with carrier / customers / vendors
- Correspond with local & overseas suppliers regarding delivery status
- Liaise internal and external customers and resolve operations issue
Requirements:
- NO EXPERIENCE, WELCOME to apply!
- Knowledge of Import/Export/Transshipment processes will be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Meticulous and accurate with a positive attitude and able to multitask
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates in view of business communications.
