As one of the leading semiconductor equipment manufacturing companies in Singapore, they work with regional partners to provide repair and installation services to the largest semiconductor wafer fabs globally. They are now looking for a qualified Accountant to join their expanding team!
Office location: Kranji
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am - 6.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
- Perform month-end closing
- Process payments, cheques, online payment batches and staff claims
- Perform invoicing
- Prepare quarterly GST statement
- Assist in Annual budgeting
- Handle fixed assets registry
- Assist in year-end audit and the preparation of audit schedules, including liaising with auditors and tax agents as required
- Coordinate and liaise with overseas parties, bankers, external auditors and tax agent.
Requirements:
- At least 2 - 3 years’ full set accounts experience
- Education qualification in Accountancy or equivalent
- Meticulous with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working as an Independent Accountant for the company
- Able to speak in Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts
