Job Responsibilities
- To be well-informed in administrative matters of tenants
- Conduct daily sales and audit checks
- Provide on-job training and plan duty rosters
- Ensure the respective outlets to adhere to the hygiene SOP
- Ensure outlet maintenance
- Ensure accuracy in inventory stocks check
- To take note of the customers' preferences and report to Head
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in F&B industry
- Processes excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and ability to work under pressure
- PC proficiency in MS Words and Excel Duration:8-10 hours / daily
