Roles & Responsibilities
- To handle work-pass-related matters (e.g. application, renewal, cancellation, etc)
- Employee Lifecycle Management (e.g. onboarding, attending to queries on HR-related matters, offboarding, P File Management)
- Assist in preparing the necessary Payroll Report and Project Expenses Report
- To create and maintain the employees' database
- Prepare Employment Letter and handle the on-boarding / off-boarding process
- Manage staff welfare
- Site visiting if required
- Paperwork preparation for site access
- Manage Recruitment process
- To assist in HR/Adhoc Administrative Duties
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant qualifications
- Experienced in recruitment or human resource management is an advantage
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act and HR best practices
