Key Tasks:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Improve facility efficiency and health & safety risks
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues, such as leakages, electrical faults, and equipment malfunctions.
- Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance work.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager or Supervisor.
Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical studies
- Fresh graduates are welcomed; training will be provided
- Able to commit OT, including weekends
