Job Responsibilities
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Organizing and maintaining files, documents, and records.
- Assisting with data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Maintaining office policies and procedures.
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Processing and recording invoices, bills, and expense claims.
- Managing vendor accounts and maintaining good relationships.
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
- Reconciling financial statements and bank accounts.
- Assisting with payroll processing and maintaining employee records.
- Assisting with financial data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with HR-related tasks, such as recruitment and onboarding.
- Assisting with the organization of training programs and workshops.
- Assisting with general office management and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Providing general support to the accounting/HR team as needed.
Job Requirements
- Positive working attitude and keen to learn.
- Able to multi-task
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
