Responsibilites:
- Create and optimize daily collection and delivery schedules.
- Address issues promptly during collection and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel, and expenses.
- Conduct regular training and toolbox sessions.
- Cross-train team members for versatility.
- Schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure team completes required safety training.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
Requirements:
- Min ITE holder/Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- IT savvy (Words / Excel / Power Point) minimum
- Possess class 3 driving license
- Off on alternate Saturdays
- Independent, self-motivated with good coordination and communication skills
- Able to work in fast paced environment; Team oriented and dynamic
