Full Stack Developer – Permanent Role
My client is looking for a Full Stack Developer focused on C#, .NET Core, Angular and SQL.
Our middleware platform, built on .NET Core, interfaces with several components, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
You will collaborate with developers across the firm who build end-user tools supporting our business processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate a proactive approach when working with Product Management and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the architecture, design, and construction of the platform.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and business partners to understand and translate business requirements.
- Develop application components, including UI/UX, business services, and reporting solutions.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Angular and SQL.
- Experience in UI development using Angular or similar JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful services.
- Development experience in both Windows and Linux environments.
- Ability to create storyboards, user flows, and wireframes to communicate interaction and design ideas.
Other Qualifications:
- Excellent listening and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven ability to collaborate with business teams, understand complex calculations, and implement commercial-grade solutions.
- Self-starter and critical thinker with the ability to take ownership of projects and suggest improvements for the overall infrastructure.
- Proactive, assertive, and detail-oriented.
- Capable of working independently and within a collaborative environment.
- Strong self-management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple streams of work.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with expertise in at least one framework such as Angular, React/Redux, or Ember.
- Familiarity with UNIX is a plus.
- Knowledge of hosting applications in AWS (EC2, RDS, Cloud Watch, etc.) and working knowledge of the Linux OS.
