Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct Work At Height inspections and safety assessment on rooftop to identify roof condition in the worksite and raise reports on follow-up actions including monitoring the compliance
- Perform Site survey for roof top and recommend safety control measures
- Will be expected to be trained and execute solar system basic engineering site survey
- Provide guidance and support to the organization to review and implement work at height control measures
- Perform site safety inspections and submit daily reports.
- Responsible to ensure safety compliance when performing works on roof
- Have knowledge in WSH Act and familiar with Design for Safety (DFS) requirements
- Review and acknowledgement of Method Statement, risk assessments, Fall prevention plan , safe work procedures and other related HSSE documentation.
- Responsible for coordinating all site inspection for work at height
- Work closely with relevant departments leads and provide HSSE advise
- Assist the organization to conduct internal Work At height Internal Trainings
- Perform any other ad-hoc matters assigned by Management / Reporting Officers
Requirements:
Relevant / Professional Cert:
- WSQ Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health
- Relevant Safety & Health Certificates, including Building Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Manage Work At height
- WSQ Develop A Risk Management Implementation Plan
- Occupational First aid + AED
- Working-At-Height Rescue Course (WAH-R)
Others:
- Preferred electrical background required
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
- Preferred Rooftop experience in Work at height
Skills & Knowledge:
- Familiar with work at height and risk management procedures
- Familiar with MS Office application
- Familiar in working with computing devices ( Eg: Laptop/ computers and mobile phones )
