The Role:
- Processing of work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
- Manage onboarding and off-boarding administration.
- Prepare authorities survey form for submission.
- Handling of WICA claims and liaising with insurer.
- Administer and renewal of staffs and general insurances.
- Manage office administration including reception, office supplies, telecommunication services and IT assets.
- Manage contracts and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
- Able to undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
What Do You Need?
- At least 1 to 2 years of HR experience in Singapore.
- Possesses an ITE NITEC or Higher NITEC in Human Resource Management or equivalent disciplines.
- Fresh ITE NITEC/ITE Higher NITEC are welcome to apply.
- Experience in using HR system is an advantage.
- Familiar with HR practices and well versed with Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Team player with strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
- Meticulous with attention to detail and possess good problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
