Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, half-yearly, and yearly financial closings and prepare financial statements according to policy.
- Provide insights for growth and strategic initiatives as a key management team member.
- Advise management on performance improvements and support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts with detailed financial data analysis.
- Prepare budget and financial reporting for each project
- Liaise with external entities like banks and auditors.
- Prepare local financial reports and tax returns, including corporate tax and GST filings.
- Prepare and review invoices, payments, journals, and reconciliations.
- Conduct annual financial audits with external auditors.
- Maintain and recommend changes to policies, procedures, and internal control systems.
- Manage working capital, cash flow, and business performance.
- Supervise accounting and administrative staff.
- Assist the President with finance and accounting knowledge.
- Manage all HR processes from recruitment to employee exit, including onboarding, development, and compensation.
- Act as a sparring partner to the President on HR and people-related issues.
- Provide HR support and consultation to managers.
- Handle company administrative matters.
- Plan workforce needs.
- Lead local HR projects and implement global HR processes.
- Train and develop employees in coordination with the global Training and Development department.
- Liaise with relevant governmental agencies and external labour attorneys.
- Support the Divisional HR Business Partner on strategic and international HR projects.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
- 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Must have experience in Singapore labour law, Singapore & Swiss GAAP, IFRS, and Singapore tax.
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamic NAV/365 Business Central ERP.
- Able to handle internal and external financial (statutory) audits.
