about the job
You will manage the timely and accurate accounting close, statutory reporting to authorities, and preparation of monthly and analysis reports. The role involves reviewing reconciliation reports for bank, AR, AP, intercompany, and other balance sheet accounts, handling bank payments, and providing finance advice and proactive support to management and business operations. Key responsibilities include drafting financial statements and tax computations, liaising with auditors, tax consultants, and the company secretary for statutory reporting, and driving continuous process improvement. Additionally, the candidate will uphold a strong internal control system and corporate governance, assist in creating new processes and implementing systems as needed, and perform other duties or projects assigned by management.
skills and experience required
You should ideally have a degree or equivalent in Finance and/or Accounting. You should have at least 2 years of working experience and prior experience in an Audit firm will be advantageous. 100% work in office, fun culture (many company events and smart casual wear daily) and insurance coverage for dependents are some of the greatest perks.
