Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily office operations e.g. Reception, mailroom, office management
- Manage budget and expenses for office e.g. office supplies, equipment
- Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Liaise and work with the landlord and Building Managing Agent on matters pertaining to the office
- Lead the digitization of documents and record management
- Oversee office renovation
- Represent the company as the fire warden and be part of the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Committee
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in office management, facilities management, project management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Excel, Words and Powerpoint
