JOS Furniture is looking for a Procurement & Operation Executive who is able to multi-task in supporting procurement, logistical and office administration for projects.
Job Responsibility:
· Developing an effective and accurate purchase orders with suppliers.
· Able to read basic production drawings.
· Logistic arrangement based on project requirement.
· Update weekly project management report.
· Update Sales/PM to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders and report any back ordered or order issue.
· Ensure profit margin.
· Assisting Manager with maintaining inventory levels and materials on a regular basis.
· Any adhoc assignment.
Requirements:
· 1-2 years of experience will be preferred
· Well versed with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Fluent in both English and Mandarin is an advantage
