Job Description
- Responsible for retail outlet administrative duties.
- Daily HR operations.
- Process Monthly Payroll and timely submission of CPF, IR21 & Yearly IR8A.
- Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts.
- Application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign worker passes
- Assist in staff recruitment processes, such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintaining office stationery, printed materials, equipment and facilities.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant.
- At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in administration and HR fields
- Familiar with MS Office application, Word, Excel, and Chinese Word processing
- Familiar with Singapore’s Employment Ordinance is preferable
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A self-motivated, independent, and a good team player.
