Key Responsibilities:
- Send bills to customers accurately and quickly with the help of XERO accounting software.
- Check on late payments and talk to customers to fix any issues.
- Take care of customer payments and put them in the right accounts.
- Fix any mistakes in billing quickly.
- Keep an eye on customer accounts for any problems with payments and take action.
- Work with our team to solve customer problems.
- Make reports about how much money we're owed and other financial stuff.
- Keep good records of everything you do.
- Do other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.
- Proficiency in Xero Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements:
- Able to start work immediately.
- Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6pm)
