Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
- Maintain employees personal files with updated records & documents.
- Handle monthly foreign worker related duties such as apply, renewal, cancel of WP / other passes, levy waiver and course renewals of employees.
- Payroll Administration
- Prepare quotations for customers and follow-up with customers.
- Prepare invoices
- On-boarding & Off-boarding administrative support works.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding product availability, price and delivery timelines;
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Manager
Requirements :
- Familiar with MOM work pass application and understanding of foreign workers.
- Work pass admin, or HR experience in Construction industry in Singapore
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to multi task and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge in MS Office and Excel
- Good working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills, team work, initiative and good time management.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
