Job Summary
We are looking for an ID Administrator to play a crucial role in coordinating and managing account reviews, ensuring timely compliance across our client's organization.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent;
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply;
- Has a strong organizational and time management skills;
- Has excellent communication abilities;
- Good attention to detail and accuracy;
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Desired Skill-set
- Has prior working experience working in large organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Apps Team and Business Units/Departments to coordinate account reviews;
- Oversee and manage the schedule for account reviews to ensure timely execution;
- Regularly update and maintain the review tracker to ensure accurate and up-to-date records;
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving account-related issues;
- Conduct account reviews to identify any discrepancies or issues;
- Communicate findings and follow-up actions clearly and effectively to relevant stakeholders.
